JAIV · Agent pipeline
Agent Pipeline — a personal agent for every party
One catalog. Eight parties. Eight agents that do not want the same thing.
Why one assistant would be the wrong shape
A marketplace is not a helpdesk. An investor is trying to buy low; a founder is trying to raise high. A provider wants volume; a builder wants a discount. An advertiser wants cheap reach; a creator wants to be paid properly. These are opposed objectives, and a single assistant serving all of them would be serving none of them.
So JAIV's shape is one agent per party, each openly working for its own side, all reading the same catalog. What makes that safe rather than chaotic is that the catalog is consented: an agent can only act on what the other party chose to publish. The negotiating position is private; the evidence is not.
The pipeline
In the order value moves — capital in at one end, a priced asset out at the other.
Investors & VCs
Goal: Find real traction before anyone else does
Screens the catalog for members whose usage bands are moving, not whose decks are polished. Flags anomalies — retention rising while MRR is flat — and drafts a warm-intro request through the platform rather than a cold email.
Data it may see: Only metrics each member has explicitly published, as bands.
Founders & builders
Goal: Raise on evidence, not on narrative
Watches which of your own metrics would strengthen a raise if you chose to publish them, and which are better left off. Prepares the diligence answers an investor agent is about to ask, before it asks.
Data it may see: Everything about you. Nothing about another founder that is not public.
AI providers
Goal: Reach builders who will actually deploy
Matches your model, GPU or vector offering against what members are demonstrably building, and tells you which segments are underserved. Surfaces where a community rate would convert and where it would only discount existing demand.
Data it may see: Aggregate demand signals. No individual member's private usage.
AI talent
Goal: Be hired on proof rather than a résumé
Reads a verified Skills Passport from AIEH and maps it to open roles across the network — then says what evidence is missing for the role you actually want. The mirror image runs for hiring teams.
Data it may see: The candidate's own Passport. Employers see what the candidate shares.
Services & agencies
Goal: Find clients mid-build, not post-mortem
Spots members who are scaling into a problem your practice solves — a migration, an eval discipline, a compliance gate — and drafts the specific pitch rather than a capability deck.
Data it may see: Published signals and open needs on the community board.
Creators & operators
Goal: Produce at volume without losing the thread
Runs the production line on TJP: keeps a character consistent across a whole calendar, flags where a format is decaying, and points at the next thing worth making rather than the next thing possible.
Data it may see: Your own library and performance data.
Advertisers & brands
Goal: Buy attention that converts, not impressions
Maps a campaign against the vertical-site network and the creator base, and tells you where intent already exists instead of where inventory is cheap.
Data it may see: Audience and placement data. No creator's private earnings.
Buyers & sellers of assets
Goal: Price a property honestly, on both sides
Values a site, domain or workflow against comparable sales and connected data — and runs the same valuation for the buyer, which is why the number is worth arguing about.
Data it may see: Whatever the seller opened in the due-diligence room.
What every agent is bound by
The agents are only as trustworthy as the permission model underneath them, so it is worth stating exactly how that works on JAIV today.
- Nothing is shared by default. A member's verified-usage block
ships with the master switch off and every individual metric set to
off. - Three visibility states per metric —
offhides both the value and the label;rubric_onlyreveals that you track MRR without revealing the number;publicshows the band. - Values are bands, never raw figures. Even fully public, an investor agent sees a range, not your revenue.
- You cannot forge it. Bands arrive only through an HMAC-signed nightly sync from MIFY. A self-attested metric is rejected at write time — it is a hard constraint, not a display filter. That is precisely why the badge is worth anything to the investor reading it.
Members control all of it from their listings → edit → Verified-usage badge.
A working example of a grounded, single-party agent runs today at aieh.com/pa — it answers only from public-domain occupational data and a candidate's measured evidence, and declines what it cannot ground. The pipeline above describes the shape JAIV is building toward; the stages are not all implemented yet.
